Cancellation Policy
Per our policy, Gabriella requires 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that we are in that 48 hour window of your reservation, Gabriella will charge a cancellation fee based on the duration of your appointment. We do not offer refunds or returns on deposits or services.
We do require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. To maintain card confidentiality you will be prompted to confirm your credit card information during your online booking experience. This will allow you to enter in your card information and authorize us to hold your card on file per our cancellation policy.
Once your card information is saved to your client profile, your reservation is officially confirmed and you will then receive an email with your appointment confirmation details! We are so excited to start your self care journey with you! Thank you again for choosing Gabriella at DYE pretty!
